Green finance view: Certification evidence agri-PV projects should prepare
Lenders care not only about capacity and generation, but also land compliance, agricultural authenticity, benefit-sharing, ecological risk, and long-term monitoring.
When agri-PV projects enter green loans, green bonds, or ESG investment discussions, certification evidence directly affects credibility. IAA recommends preparing four evidence groups early: land-use and approval documents; agricultural production plans and yield baselines; structural, electrical, and grid-compliance files; and ecological, soil-water, and annual monitoring plans.
These materials support certification while reducing due-diligence friction. For cross-border projects, a bilingual evidence pack is especially useful because investors, technical partners, and regulators often need a shared understanding across different standards systems.
